Additional communities or homes added to lease via addendum. Transferrable in the event of sale.

No additional admin work for you. Palmetto owns licensing, system design, coordination, and installation.

3. ### SFR/BTR bills tenant

Monthly cost passed to tenant via Conservice or similar platform for ease of billing management.

4. ### Palmetto monitors & services assets

Palmetto manages portfolio including monitoring for system issues and coordination of all service.

5. ### Easement paid to SFR/BTR

Palmetto pays fee for all portfolio assets on a quarterly accrual basis. One-time bonus paid upon system activation.
