  You do. The installing dealer is the designated service provider for annual maintenance and warranty work on every system you install. Palmetto coordinates and covers the cost, issues you the work orders, and lists you as the customer's first point of contact. The relationship and the recurring service revenue stay with you.

• What's included in the monthly payment?
  Installation, a 10-year Generac parts and labor warranty, mandatory annual preventative maintenance with parts and labor, and remote monitoring through Generac's Mobile Link platform. It's all-in and fixed for the term.

• How do I get paid?
  You're paid directly by Palmetto at install, with no dealer fees. You also earn ongoing revenue through the annual maintenance and warranty work orders Palmetto sends you for the systems you install.

• Do I need to buy the warranty or monitoring subscription from Generac?
  No. Palmetto purchases and registers the 10-year Generac warranty and the Mobile Link subscription on the homeowner's behalf. Both are included in the lease.

• Will this compete with my cash and loan sales?
  No. The lease is an additional option that complements what you already offer. It's there to close the price-sensitive customers you'd otherwise lose, not to replace your existing sales.

• What are the credit and eligibility requirements?
  A 680 FICO base with a soft credit pull and no debt-to-income limits. The program covers owner-occupied single-family residential homes. Shared structures like condos, townhomes, and apartments, along with manufactured and mobile homes, are not eligible.

• What happens at the end of the term?
  The customer can renew, buy out the equipment, upgrade into a new lease, or walk away. If they sell the home, the lease transfers to the new homeowner.
